2. Services Overview
SalahKart.com is a platform connecting students planning to study abroad (“Aspirants”) with students currently studying abroad (“Guides”) for a 20-minute guidance call regarding studying abroad. Aspirants pay a fee of 1000 Indian Rupees for this service.
3. User Accounts
a. Aspirants and Guides must create an account to use SalahKart.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
a. Aspirants will be charged 1000 Indian Rupees for each guidance call.
b. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store any payment information.
c. Refunds will be provided only in cases where the call cannot be successfully completed due to technical issues or if the Guide fails to attend the scheduled call.
5. User Responsibilities
a. Aspirants and Guides agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during all interactions on SalahKart.com.
b. Guides agree to provide accurate and helpful information to Aspirants to the best of their ability.
6. Privacy Policy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Code of Conduct
a. Users shall not engage in any activity that may harm or interfere with the proper functioning of SalahKart.com.
b. Users shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
8. Termination
SalahKart.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice, for any reason.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
SalahKart.com may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
